Great Dining Experience

We were quite disappointed with our recent stay. While the location is nice and the apartments are spacious, the cleanliness and maintenance standards were severely lacking. Customer service could also use a serious upgrade. It's not what we expected for a supposedly luxurious resort experience, especially at this price point.
